Our position Every otsu piece is a one-of-a-kind object, and its color, texture, and marks are the record of a single firing — they are not defects. We photograph each piece in detail so you know exactly what you are receiving before you buy. Change-of-mind returns You may request a return within [14] days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked, insured service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged in transit If your piece arrives damaged, contact us at otsu.2026@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a full refund or, where possible, a comparable replacement, and cover return shipping. Non-returnable Custom or made-to-order items, and gift cards, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
